WESTBURY, N.Y. — Aero Groundtek proudly recognized the graduates of its first-ever Crew Leader Classroom Training Program during the company’s annual employee cookout on July 2, 2026. The milestone reflects Aero Groundtek’s ongoing commitment to developing strong leaders, investing in employee growth, and strengthening the teams that serve customers every day.
Twenty-two crew leaders successfully completed the inaugural classroom training program, each earning a Certificate of Completion while being recognized with a new Crew Leader work shirt and a pair of hand pruners to commemorate the achievement. The recognition ceremony was met with enthusiastic applause from coworkers across the company, creating a celebratory atmosphere that reflected the pride and support shared throughout the organization.
